Does Camp Hollow take custom orders?

We are not able to accomodate custom design orders at this time, though we are always interested in hearing requests for future products!

What is the process for designing and creating Camp Hollow pieces? 

From imagination to creation, Camp Hollow pieces take around 3 to 4 months to produce. We begin with a concept for a new nature-inspired necklace, figurine, or cake topper, and start the design process with pencil sketches and digital drawings. From there, we sculpt the design from clay, a mold is produced by our partners who pour a ceramic slip cast. The pieces are then fired, painted, glazed, and fired again. We assess for quality before assembling and attaching the gold steel hardware, and finally gift wrap each piece in our signature storybook packaging. Your Camp Hollow treasures are now ready to be shipped out for free and delivered magically fast! 

Do you have length and metal options for necklace chains?

All Camp Hollow necklaces come on 24 inch 24k gold steel chains, but we do honor custom chain requests. Please write a note in your order if you would prefer a silver chain, or an 18 inch chain instead of our standard.

Do you sell Camp Hollow products wholesale?

Yes! To place a wholesale order, please create an account on our website and email us at hello@camphollow.com for wholesale access. You will then be able to browse Camp Hollow products at wholesale discount. (No additional discounts or coupons will be accepted)

When will the item I want be back in stock?

When items sell out, it typically takes 3-5 weeks to produce more stock. On some occasions, we’ll decide not to restock limited edition pieces or items with low sales. If you have questions about when a specific item will be back in the store, email or message us and we’ll try to give you the most accurate timeline! 

What are Camp Hollow’s commitments to sustainability? 

Camp Hollow thrives to be environmentally-friendly, starting with our chosen medium for our products. The mineral bodies in ceramic clay are abundant and sourced from the earth. This natural product has a far lesser environmental impact than plastic, and when fired can last for generations, avoiding overproduction. Camp Hollow is invested in the idea that our porcelain creations can be treated as keepsakes and treasures that can be loved, worn, and passed down for years to come. Our work is done with respect and adoration for the natural world, and for our loving and accepting community of artists, creators, and patrons. We are always striving to be better, both for our world and for one another!

ORDERS + SHIPPING

Where do you ship to? What are your shipping rates?

Camp Hollow ships worldwide. Shipping is free for orders in the US.

Expedited shipping upgrades are available at an extra cost. However, with or without the shipped upgrade, orders still take 1-7 days to process. USPS does not guarantee Priority Mail transit times, so if you need guaranteed delivery at a certain date make sure to message us at hello@camphollow.com for a Fedex quote.

When can I expect my order?

Most of our items ship within 1-3 days of purchase. Domestic orders are shipped through USPS First Class Mail, and take around 2-5 days to arrive. International orders can take 6-30 days to be delivered. 

Do you accept returns and exchanges? 

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. 

My item arrived damaged, what can I do?

Contact us and we’ll replace your item with no additional cost to you.
